Refund and Returns Policy
Changed your mind about your purchase? No problem. We understand that sometimes you buy the gifts but later decide to opt for different gift options. We don't want you to regret your decision or waste your money. That's why we offer a simple 3-step return policy for our customers. To return your Festive Shades Boutique purchases, just follow these steps:
- Inform: Within 48 hours of receiving your product, email us at thefestiveshades@gmail.com with the name and image and invoice of the product you wish to return. We'll approve your return request and move on to the next step.
- Return: Once your return request is approved, ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days with the original packaging intact. Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Ensure that the product(s) are in their original and unused condition. We won't be able to process a refund coupon code if the products are damaged or if the original packaging is missing. Use a reliable courier service and inform us of the tracking details once you ship the product(s).
- Refund: Upon receipt of your returned package, we'll inform you within 24 to 48 hours. After a quality check, we'll calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
Cancellation of your order
Orders are usually fulfilled within 6 hours of being placed.Orders can only be cancelled until they are shipped from our warehouse. For cash on delivery orders, we'll confirm the order with you before shipping. If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, we'll refund your payment as per your choice of a refund coupon code or refund in your original payment mode in 4-5 working days, with a deduction of 5% as Payment Gateway charges.
REFUND POLICY
Refund will be issued as a one-time-use coupon code, valid for one year from the date of issuance which can only be applied once. Total of ₹250 will be deducted towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders, covering both the forward and reverse shipment of the order shipped back to our warehouse.
