Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Festive Shades has the authority to change the Terms and Conditions at any given point in time without notifying its users. The updated changes will take effect immediately as soon as they're implemented on the website. It is recommended that you regularly check the Terms and Conditions each time you sign in or sign up for our services and products to stay informed about any amendments.  

Online Account

As a registered user, it is required to sign in to www.thefestiveshades.com with your email ID and password. It is solely your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Any orders placed with your login ID will be treated as if you have placed them and will be fulfilled accordingly. 

Terms of Operations

www.thefestiveshades.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any of its services without prior notice at any time. Nevertheless, all outstanding orders will be processed or fully refunded. Furthermore, www.thefestiveshades.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, without providing reasons for such decisions. However, www.thefestiveshades.com will not be held responsible for any damage caused to anyone by the use of its website.

Warranty and Liability

www.thefestiveshades.com will not be held responsible for any damage arising from the use of products shipped to members or products bought through The Festive Shades. We accept no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligation under this Terms and Conditions, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All information displayed on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our website is managed, updated, and designed independently by us, The Festive Shades. You should not copy, modify, transfer, publish, sell, reproduce, distribute, display or commercially exploit any content of www.thefestiveshades.com. Otherwise, we'll have to initiate legal action under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts. 

Damaged Products

Our team conducts strict quality checks before shipping our products to customers. However, damages caused after shipping are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we'll replace it with a similar piece based on our stocks. Inform us through thefestiveshades@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product, along with the picture of the damage and we'll let you know the next steps. We do not entertain information about damage received after 48 hours of receiving the order.

Missed Delivery

If our logistics partners are unable to deliver your shipment even after three attempts, and if you do not collect the same, the order will be returned to us. However, we can re-ship the order at your request for an additional charge of ₹250. If you have chosen Cash-on-Delivery payment mode, the re-shipment can be made only after you make the payment online along with the added shipping charges.
